Journey to Chiropractic
Originally from Louisiana, Dr. Alyssa and her husband moved their family to the St. Louis area in 2019 to pursue a career in chiropractic. She graduated from Logan University in 2023 after a year long internship with a diplomat in pediatrics who was also 2022 ACA Pediatric Chiropractor of the Year. She has been counseling in lactation since 2016 after completing her certification through the Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice.
Why Pediatric Chiropractic and Lactation?
Lactation and Chiropractic are her greatest passions. She knew at a young age that she wanted to work with children in some capacity but finding the connection between chiropractic, birth, and breastfeeding has been the most fulfilling way to serve her community. It’s been more than a pleasure to serve women in the best way possible; with a healthy nervous system, a good latch, and a nourished mama.

"I have been married to my husband, Bryce, for 14 years and have two sweet boys, Ollie and Iggy, who are my whole heart. In our spare time we love to go on hikes, spend time outside, craft and create, and read as a family. We have a wonderful pup, Buu, a sassy kitty, Ivy, and an axolotl named Goldzilla (Goldy for short). I’ve been blessed with the privilege of attending the sacred births of all of my nephews and those of a few friends and my birth with Iggy was unassisted in 2024. "
